The Terms & Conditions of using this online store are detailed below.

 

PRODUCTS & CONTENT:

All I Am Zazie products, content and prices are subject to change without notice at any time. 

We reserve the right to change prices, product availability and description at any time. We also reserve the right to change the terms of any special offers or sale periods at any time. 

Care instructions are listed on every I Am Zazie garment. Should you require any help or advice, please contact Customer Care

 

PRODUCT COLOURS:

We have made every effort possible to ensure the colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. Please be informed that computer monitors vary and we cannot guarantee the accurately of your computer’s monitor to display the true colour. 

 

RETURNS POLICY:

Please note that we are only able to offer exchanges on full priced items at this time, subject to adherence to these terms. We do not accept returns, unless the item is considered Faulty or Damaged. 

Any products marked "Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Any products where a coupon has been used for a discount cannot be returned for exchange, unless Faulty or Damaged (see 'Faulty Goods' below). Any 'Sale' item that is returned will not be processed. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

I Am Zazie is not liable for the loss of items during shipment that are being returned. We strongly recommend using a traceable delivery method and keeping a record of the package's tracking number. 

Please choose your size carefully and refer to our Size Chart for general guides on size scales of our products. Please note sizes may vary slightly between fabrications. Please contact Customer Care should you have a specific sizing question or would like more information. Our dedicated team of stylists are available to assist you in your purchase! 

Orders purchased for photo shoots are final sale and cannot be returned.  

 

EXCHANGES:

If you wish to exchange your full priced item for an alternative size or style, please contact Customer Care immediately and we can organise an exchange for you. Exchanges must be to equal or greater value. 

Exchanges can only be accepted on items within seven (7) days of delivery. Upon receiving your order, we recommend you try on your item while wearing underwear and keeping all hygiene strips & tags in their original place. The original invoice with proof of purchase must be provided. 

The exchanged items must be in original condition, unworn, altered or washed, without make-up or deodorant marks. All tags must remain in place. If the tags have been removed or any of these conditions have not been met, the product is no longer eligible for exchange. All returned items must be shipped in their original I Am Zazie packaging (i.e.: the original I Am Zazie garment bags, tags and authenticity cards) and must be protected with protective wrapping.

I Am Zazie is not liable for the loss of items during shipment that are being exchanged. We strongly recommend using a traceable delivery method and keeping a record of the package's tracking number. 

Once your item has been returned to us and processed through our quality control review, your replacement product will be dispatched to you. Please allow 7-10 working days from receipt of item for an exchange to be processed. You will be contacted by I Am Zazie Customer Care with notification of the status of your exchange once processed.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable. Exchanged items will be resent at your own cost.

International shipping, customs duty, and sales taxes are non-refundable through I Am Zazie. However, you may be able to recover these costs through your local customs bureau directly. 

Please note replacement products are subject to availability.

 

FAULTY GOODS:

All of I Am Zazie's products are produced at the highest quality and all orders go through strict quality control processes and checked for faults prior to dispatch, however should an item within your order be faulty or damaged, please contact Customer Care within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange the item’s return to I Am Zazie’s headquarters. 

Once the faulty item has been received it will undergo a quality control review and once cleared, you will either receive your replacement item or refund on the cost at purchase price, directly to the account/card used for purchase. Please note replacement products are subject to availability. Refunds on the cost at purchase price are given at the discretion of I Am Zazie.

Please allow 7-10 working days from receipt of item for returns of faulty items to be processed. You will contacted by I Am Zazie Customer Care with notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.

I Am Zazie is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We strongly recommend using a traceable delivery method and keeping a record of the package's tracking number. 

Return postage costs will only be covered by I Am Zazie if the item is deemed Faulty or Damaged or an error on our behalf. The maximum amount for postage reimbursement I Am Zazie will cover is $25.00 AUD.  

Items that are damaged in the course of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for return. Please refer to the Care Instructions attached to every item on how best to care for your item.

Please be aware before you place your order, that lighter colour fabrics may appear slightly transparent when wet. This is not considered a product fault.

Any faulty item must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. If the tags have been removed, the product is no longer returnable.

 

DELIVERY TERMS:

  1. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  2. Prior to the dispatch of your purchases, we may require confirmation of your details with your card issuer. We aim to keep any delays to a minimum. 
  3. Please allow 24 to 48 hours from the moment your order has been approved and payment has been processed for our team to dispatch your order from our warehouse. Please note that potential delays may occur during busy sale periods.
  4. Please ensure your delivery address is attended e.g.: a business address is recommended. 
  5. We are unable to amend or redirect orders once they have been processed.
  6. Any shipments which are rejected by the receiver or as a result of the wrong address having been provided to us will result in the customer incurring redirection fees and is responsible for any original or return shipping charges. In the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact Customer Care within 24 hours. 
  7. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion.
  8. If you are under 18 years old you must have the card holder's permission to purchase from I Am Zazie Online.

 

CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES:

  1. Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination.
  2. Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your shipping destination and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. These are not the responsibility of I Am Zazie.

  3. Orders to a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Payment of these import duties and/or taxes are necessary in order to release your package from customs. 
  4. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs and vary from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. 
  5. By law, we must declare all items in your order at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
  6. If you reject a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to I Am Zazie’s warehouse. Please note we do not offer refunds unless the item(s) is faulty - see Returns Policy. 
  7. Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at our sole discretion.

 

GIFT CARDS & VOUCHERS:

Gift Cards are currently available for virtual download only. No physical product will be shipped to you. Please read more in the product's description or contact Customer Care for further information. 

Gift Cards are not eligible for return.

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and are valid for use through I Am Zazie Online only. 

 

Please note that prices on this website are listed in AUD$, unless stated otherwise. 

Any reference to the term "domestic shipping" relates to orders to be delivered within Australia. 

All 'Sale' orders are considered final and are not eligible for exchange. 

All products, images and creative content within this site are the intellectual property of I Am Zazie and cannot be copied, shared or distributed without the written consent of I Am Zazie Headquarters.
